UPDATE: Luke was adopted October 2016. He is now a permanent resident at Stable Foundations Equine Assisted Therapy in Dalkeith, Ontario.
Luke was rescued November 2015 from being slaughtered. He is a real sweetheart and likes to be close to pasture mate Ellie. Luke is great with the farrier and vet and stands when brushed. He is very curious, but get bored easily. It is unknown if he had previously been ridden. Since arriving to Roy and Cher's, he has accepted a saddle pad and weight on his back without flinching.
